Production Engineer – Yacht Construction

Are you passionate about building luxury yachts? We are looking for a Production Engineer to support the construction process from preparation to production of high-end luxury yachts.

Function

Make minor adjustments to 3D construction models during the work preparation phase.
Generate and verify production information.
Prepare and order materials for production.
Provide production drawings and documentation.
Develop and order construction molds and auxiliary materials.
Create and manage welding documentation.
Guide and check outsourced work preparation tasks.
Propose improvements for standards, processes, and procedures

Requirements

MBO diploma in Maritime Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience in shipbuilding or yacht production methods is a plus, but willingness to learn is equally valued.
Proactive, accurate, and quality-driven.
Strong problem-solving skills and clear communication.
Experience with CadMatic Hull and AutoCAD.
