  • Self-employed chef for preparing Indian dishes
  • Location: Amsterdam
  • Employment: Full-time position / 38 hours per week
  • Salary indication: €2,500 - 3000 gross per month excluding holiday pay.
  • Hospitality industry collective labor agreement in accordance with employment conditions
  • Performing preparatory work, such as washing, cutting, (pre)cooking,
  • mixing, stirring, etc.;
  • Assessing the quality of products/ingredients to be used (freshness,
  • shelf life, etc.), preparing resources;
  • Carrying out the preparations, monitoring/checking the quality, doneness,
  • taste, color, fluidity, etc. and carrying out adjustments/additional dosages;
  • Making orders ready for transfer by carrying out à la minute -
  • cooking, portioning and garnishing;
  • Supervising the work of the assistant(s), giving instructions and
  • instructions;
  • To monitor compliance with safety, occupational health and safety regulations,
  • HACCP and work and presentation methods (corporate identity).

Your profile
  • Knowledge and meaningful skills
  • MBO level 3 work and thinking level;
  • Demonstrable knowledge of basic cooking techniques;
