About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Artwork Production Specialist to lead the end-to-end artwork creation process from design lock through to printer-ready files. You'll manage multiple projects via the artwork management system, collaborating across internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality packaging that meets brand standards, technical requirements, and print feasibility—all on time and in full.

Responsibilities

Own and manage the full artwork lifecycle using internal systems
Liaise with marketing, R&D, supply chain, and external agencies
Ensure artwork meets technical, brand, and print requirements
Run pre-production meetings and approve color proofs
Monitor vendor performance, timelines, and quality
Support digital image creation for various platforms
Align print specs and costs with brand and business needs

Requirements
2–3 years of experience in artwork management, print production, packaging development, or related roles
Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
High attention to detail and quality control
Proficient in digital tools and artwork management systems
Fluent in English; intercultural awareness is essential
