Are you ready for the next step and eager to work as a Team Leader in Weert at a growing company in the food sector? This opportunity might be perfect for you! Our client packages cheese daily for customers worldwide, working with high-quality products in the food industry. They value hard work and enjoy tackling challenges. No day is the same, and you'll join a team of dedicated colleagues where hard work and fun go hand in hand. As a Team Leader, you will lead a team of 4 operators and 9 production workers across multiple production lines. You are the first point of contact, ensuring everything runs smoothly. You provide clear instructions and motivate your colleagues to achieve the best results. Together, you ensure safe and clean workplaces and deliver top-quality products. You will work full-time in a two-shift system, alternating weekly between 06:00 to 14:00 and 14:00 to 22:00. During the morning shift, you participate in the daily meeting.

Wij bieden:

- A full-time position with a direct contract with the employer;
- Work in a two-shift system with varying hours: 06:00–14:00 or 14:00–22:00;
- An irregularity allowance of 10% to 20% on your gross period salary;
- All overtime is paid or saved as extra leave;
- Travel allowance up to a maximum of 60 kilometers per day;
- A 38-hour workweek, but you are paid for 40 hours;
- A good pension plan where we pay the majority;
- 8% holiday allowance and 24 vacation days per year, with the option to purchase extra days;

- You have an MBO level of education and thinking;
- You have experience in a production environment;
- You are skilled in planning, organizing, and maintaining oversight;

- You are familiar with Word and Excel;
- You are vigilant about adhering to hygiene and safety regulations;
- You are willing to work in a two-shift system.
