As a Logistics Coordinator in the maritime and satellite communication industry in Rotterdam, you will be responsible for coordinating logistics processes and efficiently managing orders and transport. This role requires accuracy, customer focus, and a structured working method.

Description

Coordinate logistics processes and shipments
Process and maintain logistics administration and systems
Act as the first point of contact for internal and external customers
Create RMA documents and pro forma invoices
Monitor and manage ongoing shipments
Support projects and improve processes
Contribute to a safe and efficient logistics operation

Profile

MBO-4 level education (administrative)
3-5 years of experience in logistics and international shipping
Knowledge of customs processes and handling international shipments
Fluent in English (oral and written), preferably with other international languages
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Committed to safety, security, and compliance in all tasks
Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems such as Dynamics AX
