Our client is a key player in the Dutch construction industry, renowned for delivering exceptional projects that offer innovative solutions to societal challenges. They are involved in engineering of infrastructure and commercial construction.
Vacature informatie
You play a pivotal role in the tendering process. You will handle relatively straightforward projects as well as you will be involved in comprehensive tenders with contract values exceeding €10 million.
- Independently creating cost estimates
- Offering guidance on pricing, technical aspects, and commercial issues
- Conducting site visits and maintaining communication with our clients, external consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Developing budgets for additional or reduced work on ongoing projects as needed
- Being attentive to interactions with other disciplines, risks, quality standards, safety measures, and EMVI objectives
Wat heb je nodig
- Background in civil engineering
- At least 10 years of experience in cost estimation
- Experience working with concrete and steel structure
- Experience in complex industrial and infrastructure projects
- Great command of English and willingness to learn Dutch
