They offer advice from the initial feasibility studies through to the execution of all engineering and procurement activities! They have a proven track record in offshore platforms, FPSOs, onshore facilities, and complex steel and mechanical installations for maritime applications, and they are making significant progress in the offshore hydrogen production market

We are seeking a skilled Senior Buyer with a minimum of 7 years of experience in procurement, specifically within the offshore wind energy sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing materials, equipment, and services critical to the success of our offshore projects. Strong English communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with suppliers, internal teams, and stakeholder

Responsibilities:

• Update and Maintain Material and Equipment Status Report (MESR);
• Abide by the agreed VENDORS LIST applicable to the project;
• Preparation and Issuance of Enquiries;
• Bid Opening;
• Conduct and Chair Bid Clarification Meetings;
• Receive and Review Technical Bid Evaluations (TBE);
• Prepare Commercial Bid Evaluations (CBE);
• Prepare Recommendations for Purchase;
• Issue Letters of Intent (as applicable);
• Purchase Order and Purchase Order Requisition;
• First fill and Consumables & Spare Parts requirements;
• Revision Orders;
• Administer Changes;
• Invoice Verification;
• Close Out.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience as a buyer or procurement specialist, with a focus on the offshore wind energy sector.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, supply chain management, and offshore project requirements.
• Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to influence suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Proficient in procurement software and tools; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Experience with international suppliers and cross-border procurement in the offshore industry.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and standards relevant to offshore wind energy.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
