What makes this internship exciting?

As an intern in the Research and Development Department in the Hive, your ideas will drive impact, and your creativity will take center stage.

The team will provide you with opportunities to develop your skills in a robust understanding of pilot plant operations and trial processes within a multinational context. You will learn about innovation, technology, and data collection projects, and gain experience in maintaining and operating pilot plant machinery, as well as project management by leading and supporting trial initiatives

This isn’t just about learning – it’s about leading! Here’s what your journey will look like:

• Perform trials for various categories, including innovation and consumer trials.​

• Maintain and operate pilot plant machinery with technical department support.​

• Ensure safe working conditions during trials.​

• Collaborate with technologists requesting trials.​

You’re the perfect fit if:

• You’re available for 5 to 6 months starting 25th of August or 1st September 2025 (minimum 32 hours/week).

• You are enrolled in MBO studies.

• You are fluent in English and Dutch (spoken and written).

• You have an interest in processing and equipment.

• You have a great passion for safety.
