What will you do as a TIG Welder?

• Perform high-quality TIG welding on various metal components according to technical drawings and specifications.
• Inspect and prepare materials, ensuring all work meets strict safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects efficiently and on time.
• Maintain welding equipment and ensure a clean, safe working environment.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with industry best practices.

What are we looking for?

• Proven experience as a TIG Welder in the metal, technology, or oil & gas industries.
• Relevant welding certifications (TIG 141 or equivalent preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
• Good communication skills in English or Dutch.
• Flexibility to work overtime when required.
• Valid work permit for the Netherlands (if applicable).
• Team player with a proactive attitude.
