  • A higher education or university degree (or are currently studying) in Accountancy
  • 0 – 3 years relevant work experience (preferably within accountancy)
  • A minimum availability of 2 days per week, preferably more
Enthusiastic and highly motivated high school students aiming to start the NIVRA-Nyenrode education are also invited to apply.

What work will you do in this role?
As part of the Valaston audit team, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting high-quality audit engagements from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Assisting in audit preparation through research, documentation, and meeting coordination
  • Preparing and maintaining audit workpapers to support our reports
  • Conducting process walkthroughs, documenting narratives, and testing key controls
  • Supporting the preparation of reports presented to management and audit committees
  • Participating in client calls and gaining direct client exposure
  • Following audit procedures in line with professional and regulatory standards
  • Working from our office in Voorburg (The Hague), with potential for overseas travel to support international clients
