During occasional inspections, you resolve problems directly where possible or instruct colleagues to do so. You assess complaints and reports, carefully register them, and ensure the right steps are taken for a quick resolution. You maintain contact with those involved and keep them informed of progress. You ensure that materials and tools are ready in time for technicians and painters, so they can start without any issues.
