About the Role:
We’re partnering with a renowned global FMCG brand to source a strategic and results-driven Portfolio Transformation Lead to support a high-impact, Europe-wide initiative within the Dry Sauces category. This role will sit at the heart of product portfolio evolution across multiple heritage brands, ensuring commercial success through innovation, simplification, and market relevance.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead cross-functional teams across Europe to optimize and implement strategic changes within the Dry Sauces portfolio.
Translate market, consumer, and financial data into actionable insights to guide product transformation strategies.
Coordinate with local markets to ensure smooth delivery and relevance of the evolving product assortment.
Partner with commercial teams to build strong, channel-specific trade stories that resonate with key customers.
Build and support business cases in collaboration with finance and local stakeholders.
Take ownership of project budgeting and resource planning across multiple workstreams.

Ongoing Initiatives You'll Drive:

Spearhead material simplification programs in collaboration with R&D and supply chain, ensuring packaging and product transitions are effectively scoped and timed.
Act as a communications bridge between central and local teams, ensuring transparency and alignment across project phases.
Monitor project spend, track performance, and recommend course corrections based on milestone reviews.
Maintain up-to-date documentation and records within internal portfolio management systems.

Who We’re Looking For:

Strong background in portfolio or project management within FMCG, ideally across multiple markets.
Commercially savvy with an ability to align innovation with business value.
Confident in cross-functional stakeholder engagement—particularly across R&D, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain.
Skilled in working with data-driven insights and transforming them into actionable strategies.
Experience managing or contributing to product or ingredient transformation projects is highly valued.
