Senior Consultant Cybersecurity Amsterdam • Cyber Security District

We’re hiring Senior Cybersecurity Consultants for a global consulting firm based in Amsterdam. This role is part of the Cyber Strategy & Transformation team, which helps public sector organizations tackle strategic and operational cybersecurity challenges to enhance their digital resilience.

As a Senior Consultant, you’ll work closely with government clients to develop and implement cyber transformation programs, shaping their cybersecurity approach. Your expertise will be key in bridging the gap between security and business needs, ensuring organizations remain secure in an ever-evolving digital landscape.

• Advise and support clients in determining their approach to cybersecurity, by developing and implementing cyber transformation programs.
• Designing strategies and step by step plans to take customers cyber landscapes to higher levels.
• Advise clients on advances technological solutions that fit their IT environment, ensuring that they are in line with other cyber risks.
• Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders.

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience at another consultancy firm;
• A degree in IT, business, or a related field is required, along with a strong understanding of IT processes and security risk management;
• Analytical, independent, and results-driven, with strong communication skills;
• Ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues;
• A relevant cybersecurity certification such as CISM or CISSP is a plus;
• An excellent command of the Dutch and English language.
