As a (Senior) Manager in Cyber Strategy within the Cyber Security domain, this role centers on offering strategic counsel and consultation to clients, devising and executing security solutions and strategies for organizational enhancement and adaptation. Responsibilities include driving business growth through defining clients’ security strategies and implementation paths, leading strategic initiatives, and addressing implementation risks and hurdles. Additionally, the role involves crafting customized security operating models, overseeing risk assessment programs, and engaging with executive-level stakeholders, leveraging resources across various domains for holistic solutions.

• Provide guidance and consulting to clients in cybersecurity matters
• Design and implement security solutions and strategies for organizational transformation and optimization
• Identify opportunities and drive business growth in Cyber Strategy by defining clients’ security strategy and implementation roadmap
• Lead Strategy offerings, taking accountability for identifying implementation risks, barriers, and devising solutions to overcome them
• Develop tailored security operating models to suit client needs
• Lead fit-for-purpose risk & maturity assessment programs
• Engage in C-suite focused engagements, leveraging resources from various disciplines such as Cloud, T&O, and Operations
• Utilize the collaborative power of the team to deliver holistic solutions

• Preferably hold a degree in Security or a related technical field
• Possess 5-10 years of experience in security strategy and/or advisory, ideally in a consulting firm or similar environment
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
• Demonstrated understanding of emerging security trends and developments, driven by either previous experience or personal interest
• Strong consulting skills, including financial and business acumen, analytical problem-solving, project management, and stakeholder management
• Leadership qualities characterized by establishing trust-based relationships and collaborative insights
• Proven ability to drive business through strong delivery and client partnership
• Demonstrated adaptability, determination, and optimism in overcoming challenges
• Entrepreneurial mindset, capable of creative problem-solving in diverse environments
