Job description
We are looking for a motivated Planner to oversee the scheduling and coordination of a large group of temporary workers for one of our key clients. In this role, you’ll work closely with the recruitment, planning, and transport departments, but you’ll take full ownership of ensuring everything runs smoothly for your assigned employees. For tasks like absence management, payroll, and contract processing, our head office will provide the necessary support.
Communication with employees and colleagues is mainly in Polish and English, with Dutch spoken in the office.
What we ask
Our minimum requirements are:
- MBO working and thinking level;
- Proficiency in Polish, with knowledge of Dutch and/or English;
- Availability for 40 hours per week;
- Flexibility to work from Monday to Saturday.
