Join Us as a Metal Recycling Operator!
We are currently looking for a motivated and reliable Metal Recycling Operator to strengthen our recycling team. In this role, you will actively contribute to the recovery of valuable metals from industrial waste, supporting a cleaner and more sustainable future.
Your Responsibilities
As a Metal Recycling Operator, you will:

Fill large containers with burned waste and load them into the machine using an EPT or forklift
Ensure accurate registration of each box to avoid mixing different types of waste
Visually monitor the recycling machines to ensure proper operation
Take regular samples to verify the process is functioning correctly
Keep the machines running efficiently
Clean the sieves daily
Maintain a clean and safe working environment throughout the recycling process

Working Hours

Shift 1: 06:00 – 15:00
Shift 2: 14:00 – 23:00
Monday to Friday
Optional overtime on Saturdays: 07:00 – 14:00 (depending on workload)

Gevraagd

To be considered for this position, you should meet the following criteria:

Have basic technical insight and understanding of machinery or processes
Be able to work independently and take ownership of your workspace
Speak English at minimum A2 level; knowledge of Dutch is a plus
Hold a valid EPT and/or forklift certificate; a bulldozer certificate is an advantage
Be comfortable working in an open and dusty environment
Be reliable and committed to your responsibilities
Be available for long-term employment
Have a valid Category B driving license
Have access to your own car for commuting
Be able to provide a signed declaration confirming you can obtain a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG)
