Join Us as a Production Operator!We are currently looking for experienced (machine) operators to join a traditional production environment where we manufacture well-known sauces, soups, and tapenades, packed in jars or tubes. You'll be part of a small, close-knit team of around 12 people and work according to HACCP hygiene regulations (no make-up, jewelry, etc.).

What You’ll Do as a Production Operator:
- Set up production equipment and materials for each production run
- Operate machinery safely and efficiently during production
- Clean equipment and workstations between orders to meet hygiene standards
- Follow all safety protocols and HACCP regulations
- Shift 1: 05:30 – 14:00
- Shift 2: 14:00 – 23:00
- Monday to Friday
Gevraagd
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria:- Basic knowledge of English (minimum level B1)
- Be available to work 40 hours per week
- Have at least 3 months of experience in a similar production or operator role
- More experience may lead to a higher salary, based on a video call evaluation
- Have a good eye for detail and take pride in delivering quality work
- Ideally, have knowledge of HACCP hygiene regulations
- Wear S3 safety shoes (required on the job)
Aanbod
- Competitive salary:
- Base wage: €14,38/hour
- Daily bonus: €30 gross, which adds approx. €3,75/hour, bringing total to €18,13/hour
- Higher salary possible for candidates with proven experience
- Guaranteed 40 hours per week
- Paid breaks included in working time
- Work clothing provided by the company
- Travel allowance for commuting
