Join an international leader in playground equipment manufacturing as a technically skilled production employee! You’ll help bring joy to children and adults around the world by creating custom-made foam, wood, and soft-play components for trampoline parks and playgrounds.
In this hands-on role, you’ll work with mechanical tools, follow technical drawings, and receive in-depth on-the-job training in a modern production facility. If you’re motivated and eager to grow, you’ll have the chance to earn a direct contract and advance your skills.

🛠 What You'll Do as a Production Employee with Technical Talent

Build foam walls, soft play elements, paddings, decks, and other components
Work with wood, foam, and other materials using hand tools and machinery
Interpret technical drawings to create precise, safe, and durable products
Maintain high quality and safety standards throughout the production process
Collaborate with your team and adapt to different departments and tasks
Learn and grow with regular performance reviews and development opportunities

🕒 Working Hours

Standard: 07:00 – 16:00
Other shifts may include: 06:00 – 16:00, 07:00 – 17:00, or 06:00 – 17:00
Overtime available, with average of 5 hours/week (up to 10h/week voluntarily)

Job Requirements

Team spirit – You’ll be trained by colleagues and work in close coordination
Technical talent – Experience with electric hand tools is essential
Able to read basic technical drawings (or willing to learn)
Communicative English (A2 or better)
Willingness to work extra hours and stay long-term
Several years of hands-on experience in a similar role (carpentry, production, technical work)
Flexible, proactive, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious
Comfortable working independently and in a team
S3 Kevlar safety shoes required (provided if needed)

Job Benefits

Base pay: €14,40/hour + €0,73 ADV = €15,13/hour gross
Overtime paid €15,00 NET/hour
Extra vacation money: 8,33%
Extra vacation days: 10,5% (free days)
Guaranteed 40+ hours/week, up to 45 or more depending on workload
Pay raise after 3 months if you develop according to plan
