Do you want to develop yourself in a Finance & Client process driven, top rated global company and world leader within their business ? Become part of an experienced Finance team, supporting Dutch speaking accounts.THE ROLE
Within Credit Management operations you will be part of a Finance support team while analyzing and maintaining a ledger of accounts – collection of overdue and over-limit accounts, order credit check / release, while minimizing financial risk.
- Monitor, as well as rehabilitate overdue accounts.
- Minimize the number of delinquent accounts and contain the flow to the next financial cycle
- Resolving customer issues pertaining to delivery, pricing and bonus
- Contact customers to align payment dates (proactive and reactive) and amount to be paid
- Perform account reconciliation as required
- Monitoring of customers on payment plans
- Providing copies of documentation (invoices, credit notes, account statements…) to customers and business unit contacts
- Upkeep of customer notes stored within financial system
- Answering customer credit related questions
- Answering credit related questions from Credit Management Senior Analysts / Credit Control Specialist
- Reviewing and recommending any enhancements for improving the current work flow for increasing operational efficiency
Gevraagd
THE IDEAL PROFILE- Your DUTCH language (and English) are fluent oral and written
- You have experience / strong interest in Finance
- You have experience in a multi-national company / ERP environment preferred
- Ideally, you have experience with SAP
- You have a passion to explore capabilities with a sense of creativity and curiosity
- You have advanced knowledge of MS Outlook, MS Excel
- You possess a valid working permit for the Czech Republic
