As a Recruiter, you represent Carrière. You’ll join a team who truly value your input. You support your team and coach them to achieve higher levels of expertise. Your responsibilities include:

• Conducting job interviews and coaching your team to excel in this area
• Setting clear KPIs for your team and ensuring performance standards are met
• Collaborating with other departments, branches, and clients
• Maintaining contact with clients and temporary workers
• Managing job vacancies and identifying client needs

With more than 25 franchisees and over 250 employees, we support thousands of temporary workers in sectors such as transport, logistics, production, and engineering, serving more than 360 companies.

Our Rotterdam location has grown significantly in recent years, now operating two branches on the same street where multiple teams come together. You’ll work alongside other Recruiters, Account Managers, Mid-Office staff, and Unit Managers.

• Higher professional education level (HBO)
• Proficiency in Dutch and English; knowledge of Polish is a plus
• A valid driver’s license (B)
• 2 years of recruitment experience in our market
• Proven leadership experience

• A starting salary between €2,400.00 and €3,000.00 gross per month

• Travel allowance of €0.23 per km or full reimbursement of public transport costs
