Broadview Energy Solutions is an international company operating in the small-scale LNG and LBG industry, with activities in the Netherlands, Norway, and Turkey. The company plays an active role in the energy transition by providing cleaner and more efficient LNG logistics solutions.

With a lean and international team, Broadview aims to grow both organically and through acquisitions and investments. The business operates through participations in Aritas Cryogenics, Barents Naturgass, Cryogenic Container Solutions, and DMT Environmental Technology.


What will you be doing?

Are you ready to take your finance career to the next level? In this role, you will report directly to and work closely with the CFO. You’ll act as the financial backbone for several Dutch entities, including a financial lease company and a holding company, and provide financial oversight for the Norwegian operations.

You will manage the full spectrum of financial activities, including bookkeeping, reporting, compliance, and internal controls. Your work ensures that financial operations are accurate, compliant, and support informed business decisions. You will also be involved in strategic discussions, offering insights that help shape decision-making across entities.

This role is for a minimum of 32 hours per week. Some flexibility is expected during month-end closing periods.

This is a role with broad visibility across companies and jurisdictions. It’s an opportunity to contribute to the financial integrity of a purpose-driven organization operating at the forefront of the energy transition.


Key responsibilities:

  • Preparation of monthly consolidated financial accounts and management reports;
  • Preparation of annual statutory financial statements for the Dutch and Norwegian entities;
  • Act as first point of contact for external auditors during interim and year-end audits;
  • Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns (e.g. VAT, CIT etc.) and tax compliance for the Dutch entities;
  • Perform balance sheet reconciliations;
  • Coordinate intercompany transactions, consolidations, and reconciliations across the Netherlands, Norway, and Turkey.;
  • Monitor and improve financial control processes and internal controls;
  • Preparation of budget and forecasts, including variance analyses;
  • Financial accounting of the financial holding and lease company;
  • Main contact for the administration of a small scale LNG distributor in Norway;
  • Participate in projects such as system implementations or internal improvement initiatives.
Who you are

This is a typical second career step role for a financial professional who enjoys an ambitious, professional and international setting. You are an important backbone in the team and interact frequently with the companies. The position allows you to oversee companies as a whole.

  • Master degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Economics, or a related field;
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in financial control or accounting, preferably in an international environment;
  • Strong knowledge of external reporting requirements in accordance of Dutch GAAP and IFRS;
  • Experience with financial lease structures and intercompany accounting;
  • Solid understanding of Dutch tax and statutory requirements;
  • Comfortable working across multiple jurisdictions;
  • Willing and able to travel internationally;
  • Fluent in English (Dutch, Turkish and/or Norwegian is a plus);
  • Strong MS office skills (Excel and Word);
  • Experience with IBM TM1 (Cognos) and/or Exact is a plus;
  • Detail-oriented, structured, and communicative with a proactive approach.
