Key Responsibilities- Assist the Parts & Warehouse Manager with overall parts and warehouse operations.
- Process parts orders, including order receipt, shipping coordination, invoicing, inspection, inventory control, and reporting.
- Support the development and tracking of sales plans, programs, and strategies alongside the Parts Manager.
- Communicate with dealers and customers regarding parts orders, inquiries, and complaints, and coordinate issue resolution.
- Manage parts shipping logistics, including allocation, invoicing, outbound status reporting, and shipping requests.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to maintain inventory accuracy, monitor parts condition, and improve warehouse processes.
- Educate and support dealers/distributors in the effective use of parts-related systems.
- Monitor accounts receivable from dealers/distributors and follow up to ensure timely payment.
- Coordinate and document returns for shipping/order errors and annual return programs.
- Work closely with other team members to share knowledge, improve efficiency, and complete projects collaboratively.

Requirements- Good command of English (written and verbal),German is a plus.
- Computer literacy and experience with logistics or ERP systems.
- 4+ years of experience in parts logistics, including export/import activities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, collaborative, and results-driven.
- Experience in the agricultural machinery, automotive, or construction equipment industry is a must.
- Work authorization is a must.
