Role description
They are seeking a proactive Logistics Specialist to oversee third Party logistics across Benelux. You’ll be instrumental in ensuring top-tier service, optimized costs and ongoing enhancements in the supply chain. By bridging operations and sustainability, you’ll drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Monitor and optimize 3PL performance, capacity, carbon footprint and contracts
Manage end-to-end local operational logistics processes
Validate and reconcile 3PL invoices accurately
Track and report key supply chain KPIs
Lead improvement projects with 3PL partners
Resolve logistics escalations and support Customer Excellence
Coordinate pallet management and stock reconciliation
Support contingency planning and logistics strategy execution
Solid background in warehousing, distribution and customer focused logistics
Proficient in MS Office (SAP experience is a plus)
Strong project management and analytical skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder influencing ability
Business aware with a proactive mindset
Relationship builder with internal teams and external partners
