As we scale, we’re looking for a dynamic and driven Content Marketing Strategist to join our team and lead the charge in building and executing our marketing engine—from content and campaigns to cross-functional collaboration and demand generation.
Role Overview
We’re seeking a well-rounded Content Marketing Strategist with a strong SaaS background who will design and implement marketing strategies that elevate our brand, support sales goals, and drive pipeline growth. This individual must be comfortable wearing multiple hats—from content creation and campaign planning to managing tradeshows and social posts.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors, align closely with sales, and be the heartbeat of our marketing engine.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Build and manage the integrated marketing plan to support lead generation, awareness, and customer engagement.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for product launches and feature announcements.
- Map content and outreach strategies to stages of the buyer journey.
Content Marketing
- Develop compelling content across formats—blogs, sales one-pagers, product overviews, whitepapers, landing pages, case studies, and email campaigns.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and tone across all materials and channels.
- Manage the content and social media monthly calendar.
Sales Enablement
- Create high-impact sales and customer success collateral and presentations such as one-pagers, pitch decks, and product overviews to empower the commercial team.
- Provide ongoing marketing support for sales outreach, demos, and customer conversations.
- Convert product technical documents into commercial material.
- Work with Sales to support deal acceleration through custom content and tools.
- Shortlist, book, plan and execute the annual lead generation events.
Campaign Management
- Run Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns, leveraging targeted outreach, retargeting, and personalized content.
- Plan and execute email marketing, newsletters and drip campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
Digital & Social Marketing
- Manage social media presence on LinkedIn, Twitter, and industry-specific platforms, including daily/weekly posting, engagement, and reporting.
- Schedule, create and publish short-form video content, including product highlights, customer snippets, and industry commentary.
- Managing of monthly email newsletters with HubSpot.
- Assist with SEO optimized content and blog content.
Cross-Functional Liaison
- Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership teams to stay aligned on messaging, campaign goals and gather market feedback.
- Maintain a strong feedback loop to adapt messaging and marketing materials based on internal insights and market dynamics.
- 3–6 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing roles.
- Proven experience in developing and executing full-funnel marketing strategies.
- Strong grasp of content marketing, email campaigns, ABM, and digital marketing tactics.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Design and video skills a plus.
- Experience working in or understanding of the commodities, fintech, or energy sectors is a plus.
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads etc.
