We're Hiring: Customer Experience RepresentativeAre you passionate about building meaningful connections and delivering outstanding customer experiences? At Qimarox, we’re looking for a proactive and enthusiastic team player to help us grow our global customer base.
This will be your Core Business:
- Deliver engaging online product presentations and demos of our palletizers and vertical conveyors;
- Stay in touch with existing customers through follow-ups, evaluations, and virtual showroom sessions;
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing support and connecting them with the right Qimarox expert;
- Keep our CRM system up to date with accurate records of customer interactions and insights;
- Actively follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, trade fairs, and quote requests.
- A confident communicator with strong command of English (additional languages are a plus);
- Skilled in delivering clear, persuasive online demos;
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and motivated to make an impact;
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team;
- Familiar with CRM tools and customer data (preferred);
- Flexible when it comes to supporting international clients across different time zones.
- You have the freedom to work independently and develop your ideas within a casual work atmosphere;
- Occasional travel for trade shows;

- For this position is working fulltime at our office in Harderwijk required;
