We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator in Rotterdam to support a global technology and communications company. You'll manage international logistics and ensure efficient, compliant shipping processes within the tech industry
Description
Process logistics orders from internal and external stakeholders
Arrange international transport and customs clearance
Create RMA documents and handle return shipments
Maintain system accuracy and administrative records
Track ongoing shipments and ensure timely delivery
Respond to internal and external logistics queries
Participate in team duty phone rotation
Contribute to documentation, process improvements, and projects
Profile
MBO 4 education level
3-5 years in international logistics
Knowledge of customs and ERP systems
Fluent in English
Organized and stress-resistant
Solution-oriented and a team player
