Create innovative designs that redefine the market.

The (sr.) Naval Architect works closely with your multidisciplinary team and various clients. You play a key role in turning strategic visions into innovative, high-quality designs. Working closely with the project managers, you’ll translate decisions on updates and developments into actionable assignments.

Your work includes

• Developing and designing ship concepts and series;
  
• Ensuring designs meet high standards in terms of accuracy, attractiveness, and client satisfaction;
  
• Contributing to knowledge sharing within the organization and staying up-to-date on the market and technical trends;
  
• Actively supporting and working closely with multidisciplinary colleagues;
  
• Ensuring compliance with all the applicable regulations, procedures, and the Health, Safety,
  
• Environment, and Quality standards
  
• Innovating and adapting designs based on market input;
  
• Creating vessels tailored to the client’s needs;
  
• Gathering and analyzing client’s feedback;
  
• Managing multiple assignments, coordinating and monitoring its progress;
  
• Maintaining detailed documentation;
  
• Addressing and resolving technical challenges or client-specific issues, providing solutions to improve the design.

What you need

• You have a relevant technical bachelor’s or master’s degree;
  
• You have experience in shipbuilding and in conceptual ship development;
  
• You have the ability to innovate and adapt easily;
  
• You are creative, communicative, and market-oriented;
