In this role, your daily tasks will include: 

• Assist with the preparation of monthly and quarterly P&L statements and support variance analysis for management reporting;
• Maintain and update dashboards and financial performance indicators in collaboration with the finance team;
• Help coordinate cash flow monitoring, including incoming and outgoing payments and liquidity tracking using tools like Agicap;
• Process and verify accounts payable and receivable entries, support invoice tracking, and follow up on overdue balances;
• Contribute to internal financial reporting, including the preparation and consolidation of subsidiary data;
• Participate in stock and inventory reporting for F&B and retail, ensuring data accuracy and consistency;
• Support the roll-out and improvement of financial IT systems such as Power BI and invoice software;
• Assist in intercompany reconciliation and billing processes under the guidance of senior finance staff;
• Maintain various reports and documentation in Teams and provide administrative support for internal meetings;
• Actively contribute to process improvement initiatives and support compliance with internal controls and regulations.

Gevraagd

In order to succeed in this role, we ask that you have: 

• 1-3 years of experience in a relevant financial/accounting position;
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent professional experience;
• Solid understanding of financial reporting standards, regulatory compliance, and internal controls;
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with financial software (Exact Online knowledge is a plus);
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights;
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail;
• Professional, reliable, and capable of exercising sound judgment in a fast-paced environment;
• Fluent in English required, Dutch preferred. 

Aanbod

Salary will depend on your experience but will be between 40k and 45k excluding holiday allowance based on 40 hours. Hybrid working, travel allowance, 25 holidays, and other benefits will be given as well.
