Are you a precise worker who enjoys taking responsibility for the packing process of workwear? Do you enjoy working with machines and solving small breakdowns? Then this position as a Packing Worker in Den Bosch is exactly what you are looking for!
The organization specializes in processing towel rolls for clients throughout the Netherlands. From their location in Den Bosch, the laundry facility runs at full speed. You’ll be part of a team of about twenty packing colleagues who support each other where needed. Teamwork and involvement are key—you’ll never be on your own. The location is easy to reach and offers a consistent and structured work environment.
As a Packing Employee, you are responsible for processing towel rolls every day. You start by feeding the rolls into the unwinding machine—place the roll in the machine, and it does the rest. After washing, the clean rolls are transferred to another machine where they are rolled up again. You closely monitor the process, perform quality checks, and make sure the finished rolls are labeled correctly and placed in the right container for transport. The work is physical and varied, and it requires an active approach. You’ll be working while standing and need to maintain a good pace with attention to detail.
You can choose between two fixed shifts: 07:00 to 12:15 or 12:15 to 17:30. Want to work more hours? Then you can work a few extra hours twice a week, up to 29 or even 33 hours in total.

- An hourly wage of €16.12 to €16.93 gross per hour including shift bonus;
- A year-end bonus of 5.33%;
