Are you analytically minded and energized by improving processes in dynamic environments such as logistics, production, or supply chain? Do you want to learn how to help organizations work more efficiently and intelligently, and apply that knowledge directly in practice? Then we’re looking for you: an ambitious Trainee in Process Optimization & Implementation who is ready to make an impact.

In sectors such as FMCG, industry, logistics, retail, government, and healthcare, you’ll work on challenging client projects. You will support the analysis, improvement, and implementation of operational processes. Projects may involve inventory optimization, production planning, warehouse efficiency, or end-to-end chain optimization.

You’ll gain hands-on experience with methodologies like Lean Six Sigma and BPMN, and work with tools such as Power BI, Lucidchart, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP) to gain process insights and identify opportunities for improvement. You will develop into a well-rounded consultant who helps organizations achieve concrete, measurable results.

Beyond client projects, you’ll also add value within our team. You’ll learn from experienced colleagues, contribute to proposition development, and support knowledge-sharing initiatives. Our traineeship offers a solid foundation for your growth as a professional, while giving you the freedom to shape your development path in the direction that suits you best. • You have a university degree (WO), for example, in (Technical) Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a similar field;

• You are analytical, curious, and have a strong affinity with processes, data, and continuous improvement;

• You’re eager to dive into methodologies like Lean Six Sigma, process modeling, project management, and change management;

• You’re not just a thinker. You like to put plans into action and help drive real change;

• You’re a strong communicator on different levels and enjoy collaborating with both colleagues and clients;

• You’re ambitious, entrepreneurial, and ready to develop quickly into a consultant;

• Experience with tools like Excel, Power BI, or Visio is a plus, but not a must.
