About the Role

As a Customer Business Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the commercial success of our client’s Beauty & Personal Care category. Working closely with the Key Account Manager, you’ll help manage two of the Netherlands' top retail chains. Your focus will be on coordinating product launches, supporting promotional planning, and ensuring seamless alignment between internal teams and the customer. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in account management within a high-performing FMCG sales environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day management of key retail accounts in the Health & Beauty channel

  • Assist in planning and executing product launches, promotions, and activations

  • Liaise with internal teams including Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Category Management to deliver on customer needs

  • Prepare for and participate in customer meetings alongside the Key Account Manager

  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of promotions and product introductions

  • Contribute to assortment planning, distribution optimization, and retail execution

  • Maintain clear and structured communication between internal departments and retail partners

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field

  • Experience in sales, retail, or an FMCG-related environment

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Comfortable working both independently and in cross-functional teams

  • Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English, both spoken and written

  • A proactive, flexible mindset with a strong drive to deliver and grow in a commercial career
