The Role
As a Brand Executive you will lead regional cross-functional teams to drive portfolio transformation across multiple European markets. This role focuses on analyzing the portfolio, aligning stakeholders, supporting local teams, and managing projects to ensure successful execution.

Responsibilities
-Lead and coordinate regional teams to streamline the transformation portfolio.
-Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and financial data to guide decisions.
-Ensure smooth communication and alignment with local markets for timely delivery.
-Support Customer Strategy teams in crafting trade stories tailored to customers and channels.
-Collaborate with Finance and markets to develop and manage business cases.
-Oversee project budgets and track spending throughout the project lifecycle.
-Implement simplification initiatives, managing workstreams and timelines with R&D.
-Lead stakeholder communication across departments and markets.
-Monitor project progress through regular reviews and update project documentation.

Requirements
-Experience managing projects or portfolios in FMCG, consumer goods, or similar industries.
-Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market insights.
-Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
-Ability to work cross-functionally in complex, matrixed environments.
-Proactive and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
-Comfortable managing budgets and financial aspects of projects.
