Role Description

Our client is hiring a proactive Customer Account Specialist to manage order-to-cash operations and support end-to-end supply chain processes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating across teams and building long-term customer relationships.


Responsibilities
  • Process and monitor domestic and international customer orders in SAP

  • Coordinate with planning, logistics, and sales teams to ensure smooth deliveries

  • Maintain accurate customer master data for invoicing and shipping

  • Act as the first point of contact for customer queries and operational issues

  • Track product availability and manage transport arrangements

  • Identify gaps in procedures and recommend improvements

  • Support cross-functional operations during team absences or business peaks

  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and documentation standards

Requirements
  • 1–2 years in customer service, logistics, or order management

  • Familiar with SAP and Microsoft Office tools

  • Strong problem-solving and coordination skills

  • Excellent verbal and written English; a second European language is a plus

  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Team player with a strong customer-first mindset
