About the Role
As a Logistics Coordination Specialist, you’ll oversee third-party logistics partners across the Benelux to ensure excellent service delivery at optimal cost. Acting as the key link between internal teams and external providers, you’ll manage daily operations, performance metrics, and improvement initiatives to strengthen supply chain efficiency and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee 3PL performance, capacity, contracts, and carbon footprint initiatives
Manage local logistics operations and process flows
Approve 3PL invoices and monitor key performance indicators
Lead projects with 3PL partners to improve service and productivity
Coordinate escalation handling, stock reconciliation, and pallet management
Qualifications & Requirements
Solid knowledge of warehousing, distribution, and customer service logistics
Proficiency in MS Office; SAP experience is a plus
Strong project management and analytical skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
