As a Lead AI Engineer at Eyva, you will take responsibility for guiding the technical direction of our AI-driven products and mentoring the engineering team. You will use your expertise in building LLM-driven RAG systems, NLP, and machine learning to architect and implement complex systems while ensuring alignment with business needs. The role involves collaborating with product and engineering teams, evaluating new ideas and research, and contributing to internal tools that improve workflows. You will also stay updated on advancements in AI and actively apply relevant findings to enhance our solutions. This position requires strong leadership, technical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
