We’re working with the founders of a new start-up who have an outstanding track record of success in the payments industry. With their deep expertise and history of building transformative technology, they are now assembling a talented tech team to revolutionize operations for independent businesses.
The company is creating an all-in-one platform for businesses like restaurants and cafes, helping them save costs and streamline operations.
The platform combines advanced POS tools (order tracking, payment integration, kitchen displays, and reservation systems) with powerful financial features like double-entry bookkeeping to ensure precise revenue tracking. This year, they’re introducing an AI-powered Financial Assistant to help businesses make data-driven decisions, such as optimizing staffing costs based on reservations and customer flow.
The team values entrepreneurial, solution-driven engineers who thrive in a flexible, hands-on environment. They avoid silos and encourage collaboration across the entire platform. You’ll need to be comfortable working independently and be proactive in identifying and solving problems.
You can expect to work with Kotlin, Kakfa, Postgres, and more! The business is on the lookout for those experienced with JVM languages, Kotlin is a huge plus!
