You will take ownership of designing, building, and optimising machine learning models, from traditional approaches to cutting edge generative AI, ensuring they effectively address industry specific challenges. Leading technical decision-making, you will design and oversee experiments to validate scalability and performance while working closely with engineering and product teams to bring AI-driven features from prototype to production. With a strategic mindset, you will shape and drive the direction of AI development, ensuring innovation aligns with business goals and delivers real impact.
