As our Paid Advertising Specialist, you will be the driving force behind Lely’s global paid media strategy. You will develop a strategic framework that enables our international clusters—from North America to Oceania—to design and optimise their local paid campaigns effectively.

You will serve as the central point of contact for all things paid media at Lely, collaborating closely with business teams responsible for our innovative solutions, such as milking robots and automated feeding systems. Your expertise ensures that local campaigns not only perform effectively but also align seamlessly with Lely’s overarching brand and growth strategy.

Main responsibilities:

• Develop a global strategic framework for paid media.
• Advise and support clusters (and Lely Centers) in setting up, executing, and optimising their paid campaigns based on their digital maturity.
• Coordinate external media and performance partners for global implementation.
• Monitor and benchmark campaign performance to continuously optimise based on KPIs.
• Document and share best practices, learnings, and insights across clusters.
• Contribute to the development of our channels, tools, and ways of working.

You are analytically strong, forward-thinking, and capable of translating strategy into effective execution. You easily navigate between stakeholders of different levels and cultures, and you know how to successfully manage complex campaigns.

We are looking for someone that brings:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in paid advertising (including paid social, display; experience with Google Ads is a plus).
• Strategic insight combined with hands-on execution skills.
• Experience in an international work environment or matrix organization.
• Strong advisory skills: persuasive, supportive, and connecting.
• A proactive and collaborative mindset with a keen eye for optimization.

• Working in an international environment at one of the most innovative organizations in the Netherlands;

• A salary scale ranging from 3950 to 5000 euros gross per month based on knowledge and experience, with an additional 8% holiday allowance.
