- Experience in a production environment is a plus but not required
- A technical background or the willingness to develop one
- You work well in a team but can also work independently
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift schedule (06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00 / 22:00-06:00)

As a Production Employee Core Making, you are responsible for producing the sand cores essential for the casting process. You work closely with your colleagues and contribute to a smooth production flow. Your tasks are both technical and physical, with precision and responsibility being crucial.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Preparing sand mixtures for making cores
- Operating machines that produce sand cores
- Checking the quality of the produced cores
- Identifying deviations and reporting them to your supervisor
- Performing maintenance and cleaning machines and work areas
- Ensuring a safe and tidy workplace
