Electrical Are you ready to lead groundbreaking engineering projects in the maritime sector? As a Technical Project Manager, you’ll oversee shipbuilding from blueprint to delivery, managing technical teams, interfacing with clients, and steering innovation through hybrid propulsion, smart energy, and automation systems.

As the central point of technical coordination, you will lead multidisciplinary engineering teams and ensure timely, high-quality project delivery. From first contact to commissioning, you are the driver of alignment between customer expectations and technical execution.

Your responsibilities include:

Leading and mentoring engineering teams to optimize project efficiency.
Acting as a technical liaison between customers, production teams, supply chain, and certifying authorities.
Defining and managing project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
Organizing FATs and HATs, and regularly visiting client sites.
Drafting system requirements, technical documentation, and progress reports.
Advising stakeholders, negotiating with suppliers, and managing project deviations.
Communicating with internal and external parties to ensure seamless execution.
