You make sure concepts and product information is translated correctly.

As the Senior Engineer Outfitting you work in a multidisciplinary project team, expertise in this discipline. You report to the Lead Engineer but plan and organise your own work.

Your tasks are

• Translating the conceptual design into product information;
  
• Working on all necessary information for the specification and applicable standards, norms, regulations, and laws;
  
• Studying and interpreting naval design packages and preconditions;
  
• Preparing the basic and detail multidisciplinary technical specifications;
  
• Planning and organising work to achieve goals within deadlines;

You

• Have a Higher Vocational Education or a Secondary Vocational Education with experience in Outfitting;
  
• Have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in the maritime and/or yacht-building industry;
  
• Have knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, Rhinocero, and/or AutoCAD
  
• Are quality oriented, communicative, pro-active, and problem solving;
  
• Have a excellent understanding of the English language, both written and spoken;
  
• Are eligible to work in the Netherlands and/or Europe due to a European citizenship or a work visa/permit;
