  • Familiarity with industrial process environments (e.g., food, waste-to-energy, biogas);

  • Experience with cooling systems, P&IDs, and energy-efficient system design;

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, service, and project management teams;

  • Fluent in English;

What We Offer
  • Competitive salary based on your experience and education;

  • Annual profit-sharing bonus (paid in September) for employees with a permanent contract;

  • Excellent pension scheme;

  • Commuting allowance of €0.21 per km;

  • 8% annual holiday allowance;

  • Option to work 32 or 40 hours per week;

  • Flexible start times between 7:00 and 9:00 AM;

  • Generous remote working options;

  • Opportunity to work for a market leader in sustainable energy, with a strong focus on innovation – winner of the 2024 Oryx and Gazelle Awards;

  • A collaborative international family-owned company where your ideas matter and successes are celebrated together;
