Jr Stores Recruiter Rotterdam • MediaMarkt

As a Junior Recruiter Stores, you’ll play a central role in the recruitment process for your region. You’ll be part of the HR Service Center but work closely with the regional HR Business Partner and the Store Managers in the field. You’ll support the hiring of 50 to 75 vacancies per month – focusing on speed, quality, and candidate experience.

Your concrete tasks include:

• Writing and publishing job postings on our job boards and careers site

• Screening candidates, conducting phone interviews, and presenting them to the stores

• Actively sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, and social media

• Contributing to local recruitment campaigns and employer branding per region

• Managing admin and communication in our ATS

• Consulting with the HR Business Partner and store management on progress and priorities

• Supporting recruitment events, selection days, and other recruitment activities

✔️ MBO-4 or HBO working/thinking level (a background in HR, communications, or commercial studies is a plus)
✔️ Initial experience in recruitment or HR is a plus (can be through internships or part-time jobs)
✔️ You are energetic, independent, and service-oriented
✔️ Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple vacancies at once
✔️ Fluent in Dutch, both spoken and written
✔️ You thrive in a dynamic, commercial environment
