Your new role as a Supply Chain Manager at Ardo

In this new role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of approximate 20 FTE across three key areas: replenishment, logistics & transport, and packaging. You will also play a critical role in the implementation of SAP EWHM and S4/HANA at the site — a major transformation project that needs structured execution and cross-functional alignment. This is a role for a pragmatic, result-oriented professional with a natural ability to lead teams, prioritize, and drive planning accuracy. Your focus is not on theoretical models but on practical, continuous improvement that delivers measurable impact.

Key to success within this position is to shift the current supply chain organization towards a ´customer-central´ focused organization. Therefore market above excellence performance in KPI’s such as OTIF are extremely important in being successful with your team.

Some of your key responsibilities include:

• Lead and coach your site-based supply chain team
• Ensure planning and logistics run smoothly and efficiently
• Take on a responsible position in the local SAP EWHM and S4/HANA rollout in project form
• Monitor key metrics (i.e. OTIF, key replenishment KPI’s, etc.) and manage the logistics and packaging operations
• Thus having a strong focus on planning, team leadership, and pragmatic continuous improvement subjects (Safety, Quality, etc.)

Gevraagd

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Logistics Engineering, or similar
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain or logistics, preferably in FMCG, food or perishable goods
• Strong planning, communication, and leadership skills
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
• Pragmatic and results-focused (DISC: red with a touch of blue) personality
• Fluent in both Dutch and English

As part of Ardo’s strategic shift towards a decentralized supply chain, we are looking for an experienced and hands-on Supply Chain Manager to lead all supply chain activities at our site in Zundert. You will report directly to the Supply Chain Director, while working closely with the Site Director to align all operational activities.
