As our Allround Facility Specialist, you’ll take ownership of everything that keeps our office inspiring and functional: From handling small repairs to full renovations, you make sure that our office gets better every day. 

As a hands-on problem solver who makes smart improvements and keeps things running like clockwork you’re bringing our office space to the next level: A five-star office experience! 

• Upgrade our Office: Whether you create new spaces, contribute smart improvements or perform repairs - you elevate our office to provide a great experience to everyone. 

• Manage Workplace Essentials: You ensure your storage is always well-organised and keep essentials like coffee, muesli or functional equipment ready for the team. 

• Coordinate Suppliers: On the side, you coordinate a few suppliers and service providers to guarantee smooth deliveries of e.g., groceries or materials. 

• Create a Welcoming Atmosphere: You create a professional, tidy, and inviting workplace where colleagues and visitors feel comfortable and welcome. 

• Keep Our Spaces Clean: Cleaning robots and external teams handle toilets, and floors, while you take regular care of work stations and the kitchen space to ensure a pleasant atmosphere! 

• An Office on the Next Level: You don’t settle for the status quo. Through smart improvements, creative solutions, and attention to detail, you turn our workspace into a place that inspires.

Gevraagd

• You are organized, responsible, and hands-on.

• Experience on construction sites, or e.g., facility management are a plus – but your practical mindset matters most.

• You enjoy manual work and coming up with creative solutions.

• You take initiative, solve problems independently, and make improvements before anyone has to ask.

• In our international team, English, Dutch, or German skills are a great advantage.
