This international organization operates within the agricultural supply chain and plays a key role in the global trade and distribution of agricultural products such as grains, oils, sugar, and biodiesel. The company manages the entire chain from procurement and production to transportation via ships and trains and has recently merged with a larger player in the market. Despite its scale, the working environment remains personal, with a team-oriented culture and a strong focus on technological innovation. The primary working language is English, though Dutch is also widely spoken. The team is diverse, with colleagues from all over the world.

As a Senior Network Engineer, you will be part of the infrastructure team, which is currently undergoing a dynamic phase following the recent merger. You will be responsible for designing, managing, and securing the global network, with a strong focus on Fortinet technologies such as FortiGate and FortiAnalyzer. You will manage your own projects independently, while also serving as a point of contact within the team of four network engineers. You’ll contribute to the stability and security of the infrastructure and actively participate in improvement and automation initiatives.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience with Fortinet products (FortiGate, FortiAnalyzer); candidates with 3 years of strong relevant experience will also be considered
• Fortinet NSE 4 or 5 certification is a strong plus
• Experience with network security and infrastructure management
• Knowledge of Python is a plus
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus
