We are excited to invite the first warehouse operative to join our team in Utrecht, Netherlands. This is a unique opportunity to be part of something from the ground up. Working closely with our experienced Warehouse Manager and Assistant Manager, you'll help shape the daily operations of our warehouse while ensuring smooth, on-time order fulfillment for our customers across Europe.
This fast-paced, hands-on role is ideal for someone eager to grow with the business and take on increasing responsibility in a dynamic, supportive environment.
About the Company
We are a fast growing supplier of cable management products with locations in the UK and the Netherlands.
Salary
EUR 35 – 40,000 per annum (incl. holiday allowance) plus annual performance bonus.
Duties
The Warehouse Operative will support on a variety of tasks including but not limited to:
· Order fulfillment (picking, packing & despatching orders).
· Customizing packaging for customer requirements.
· Booking in incoming deliveries / shipments.
· Unloading and organizing incoming container shipments.
· Other general warehouse duties required to maintain a smooth operation.
Requirements
· Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is desirable (but not essential).
· Effective communication skills in English. Dutch speaking preferred but not essential.
· Ability to meet the physical daily demands of the role (regularly lifting boxes up to 25kg).
· Experience driving fork lift truck preferred (but not essential)
· Highly self-motivated.
· Good attention to detail with ability to work fast & accurately.
