Employment agency Manpower is looking for a Chef for Cirque du Soleil in The Hague.

As a Chef at Cirque du Soleil, you are responsible for preparing varied and high-quality meals for the team. You work closely with colleagues in the kitchen, follow instructions from the Cirque chef, and ensure everything is served on time and at a high standard. You keep the workspace clean, manage inventory, and monitor hygiene and safety regulations. With a positive and professional attitude, you supervise the kitchen assistant and help with the setup and breakdown of the kitchen.

Minimum of a recognized culinary diploma
At least four years of experience as a chef, sous chef, or chef de partie in a busy restaurant or catering company
Good command of the English language due to the international team
In possession of, or willing to obtain, valid food safety certifications
Proven experience with grill, sauté, and cold kitchen stations
Flexible in working with rotating menus and various cuisines
Owns kitchen knives and aprons or is willing to bring them
Fully available from October 23rd to January 4th
