As a driver at Albert Heijn, you are a social and enthousiastic person! You make customers happy! 🤩Also, it is important that you are physically fit. You need to be able to lift crates weighing up to 15 kilos. 💪You also meet the following requirements:

• You have a B driving license 🚗
• You speak Dutch or English, or both 😉
• You have your own transportation to get to Siegenstraat 7 in Zwolle

As a driver at Albert Heijn, you’ll deliver groceries at customers' houses! 🥦🧀🍉 You also complete payments and take empty bottles and crates with you. While driving, you might face various challenges. For example, a flat with no elevator or a house number that’s hard to find. These challenges make your workday exciting and diverse! When you get the job, you start with three training trips. You’ll learn how to use all the systems and will be ready to work independently afterward. Your buddy will teach you how to work efficiently, so you can deliver all groceries on time. 🤩 Ready for the next step? You can follow internal training to become a buddy or a senior driver (“plusser”). 🚀

• Flexible hours from 06:00–14:00 or 14:00–23:00. You’re available for both shifts
• You can work part-time or full-time from Monday to Sunday, with at least two Saturdays per month

As a driver at Albert Heijn, you’ll always start your workday from the HSC in Zwolle. It’s easily accessible by car and is a modern facility. Before your shift, you can enjoy a cup of coffee or a piece of fruit. ☕🍌 During evening shifts, you can take a free meal, saving you time and money! After 13 weeks of work, your salary increases to €18.54 per hour! This includes 25 vacation days, holiday pay, ADV allowance, and a year-end bonus. After all, you are the face of AH Online! 💙🚚
