Who you are

Minimum of 3 years' experience as an operator
Basic technical or mechanical knowledge (VAPRO is a plus)
Willing to work in a 5-shift system (6 days of work, 4 days weekend)

What will you do

As an Operator at Lamb Weston, you’ll be working on one of our four modern production lines, where you play a key role in transforming fresh potatoes into high-quality frozen fries.

Operate and adjust modern production lines, transforming potatoes into high-quality fries.
Monitor production, troubleshoot issues, and ensure top product quality from start to finish.
Work closely with a buddy system, supporting your growth and full ownership of the process.
Be responsible for machine setup, daily line adjustments, and quality checks at every stage.
