Who you are

You have at least 3 years of experience working as an operator in a production environment or you have a technical degree, and you're ready for the next step. You're not afraid of technology, you enjoy working in a structured process, and you're looking for a long-term job with real growth potential. Minimum of 3 years' experience as an operator OR a technical degree ( engineering, vapro)
Willing to work in a 5-shift system (6 days of work, 4 days weekend)

What will you do

As an Operator at Lamb Weston, you'll be working on one of our four modern production lines, where you play a key role in transforming fresh potatoes into high-quality frozen fries.

Operate and adjust modern production lines, ensuring our product meets top-quality standards.
Monitor the production process, troubleshoot issues, and take ownership from start to finish.
Be responsible for machine setup, daily line adjustments, and quality checks at every stage.
Work closely with a buddy system, supporting your growth and development.
